Delivery & Returns

Delivery Time
We aim to dispatch your product within 3 working days. This means UK Mainland customers will receive their goods within 4-5 working days. If you have a special request or have an urgent order request, please call or email us and we will always accommodate your request where it is possible to do so. We can offer next day delivery on many of our products. Please enquire if you require this service.
If after receiving a dispatch notification from us, you still have not received your order, please allow 7 working days before contacting us. We (in line with Royal Mail delivery guidelines) cannot deem an item as ""lost"" until 15 working days have passed.

UK & Channel Islands Delivery Cost
We charge a single flat rate delivery cost of £3.00 for all orders under £40.00.  Orders exceeding £40.00 in value will be shipped free of charge.
International Orders
Please note international delivery cost is based on weight.  To calculate the delivery cost, add the products to your basket and it will automatically update the cost.  All International orders are sent by Royal Mail International Delivery
* Delivery within Europe - From £15 Takes approximately 1 week (price dependent upon weight)
* Rest of World Delivery - From £20 Takes approximately 1-2 weeks, although this can be longer depending on local postal services (price dependent upon weight)


Returns Procedure
We understand that buying shoes on the internet can be difficult as you can never really judge the fitting etc. We hope that our returns procedure is as straight forward as our sales procedure!
In the event that you are not satisfied with your product and need to return your product for a refund or exchange, please follow the procedure below: It is imperative that you maintain the packaging in a reasonable condition as the returned item needs to be suitable for resale. Items returned without the original packaging, or, in a box that is taped or written on, will be rejected. The box constitutes a major part of the resale value of a product.

1) Send an email to returns@exquisiteshoes.co.uk
2) Enclose your name address telephone number in the parcel
3) Please seal the package securely, ensure your name and address are clearly visible on the return.
4) Take your item to your nearest post office and return the item to us. Please note this is at your own cost. You may wish to send via recorded delivery for your own peace of mind. Alternatively, you are welcome to return using any other courier.
You may also return items (with a proof of purchase) to our store.

If you require an exchange please give us full details of your requirements.
Any Express or International postage charges incurred when the order was originally despatched will not be refunded.

Refunds
You may return your purchase for a ""no quibbles"" refund of the purchase price within 14 working days of receipt. The item is your responsibility until it arrives back into our possession. A refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 14 days of us having received your item.
We endevour to process all refunds within 14 days and will never take longer than 28 days. Please take care of your item and ensure it is returned with due care and packaged appropriately.

Exchanges
Your item can be returned for an exchange anytime within 14 days of receipt. Although you will have to pay to return the item to us, we will not charge you outbound postage for your replacement item.

Faulty Items
Every item is checked thoroughly before dispatch. In the rare event an item has been delivered to you with a fault, you must notify us within 24hrs in writing to returns@exquisiteshoes.co.uk
If a genuine manufacturing fault develops during the life of the shoes (not wear and tear) please email returns@exquisiteshoes.co.uk and we will assess each case on an individual basis. Please be sure to include as much information as possible with regards to who you are and when you purchased from us. Please note that where a fault has been agreed on a worn item, we cannot refund your purchase. However we will offer you a like for like replacement. Where the style you have purchased has been discontinued or is unavailable, you may swap for a different style of equal or greater value OR take a credit note that can be used at a later date.

INTERNATIONAL (Outside UK Mainland) Orders
International (outside UK) orders are non-refundable. We will exchange international orders within 14 days of receipt providing the costs for postage are covered.


All shoe care products are non returnable.
